Two Years Old
I'm wishing FroggieMom a Happy Birthday. I started her two years ago today. She was 'Frogola' back then.
I've thought several times since the creation of this blog, about quitting. I've had this thought for a number of reasons, one being that it may share a little too much detail about my life, another being that I felt I was becoming too focused on readership (or lack of it). I would get a little down if no one would comment on certain posts, even though I know that's not what this blog is really about. As I've said from the beginning, it was created to serve as a diary of my family life. Some days I feel like it serves its purpose, other days not so much.
I do know that I've used it to earmark certain events and how old my kids were when the events took place. I've gone back many times and searched through the months to find out when something happened. I've also read through entries in times of boredom and been pretty entertained by them.
FroggieMom is a glimpse into my life at specific points in time; it serves as my electronic diary because I'm too lazy to write in a real one. For that reason, I'm going to keep it up. Thanks for reading to everyone out there. It makes me happy to know that you do.

Hi Renee,
Happy Birthday! I've been reading your blog for about a year now and really enjoy it. I learnt about it through a link from MarkD's page. This is my first comment and thought today would be a good day to give you some feedback. I definitely think this is a treasure and I plan to start a "family blog" when my time comes too, and you have certainly been the inspiration there! Keep bloggin'!
Lydia
Happy Blogaversary, Renee!
It's lovely to see how the kids are growing and the different things the family does.
Happy Blogaversary girl! I always enjoy reading about your family and it's nice to have other "Southern mamas" to stay in touch with. :)
Happy Anniversary! I enjoy reading your blog and seeing pictures of your very adorable children!

Happy Birthday, Blog!
I'm sure most bloggers have those same thoughts that you do -- I know that I do.
Keep up the good work! Your blog is a wonderful gift to your adult children about their childhood and their mom. They'll thank you one day.
Happy Blogoversary!! I certainly hope you don't go anywhere.. I don't know what I would do if you did!! I hate it when people I've been reading forever just up and disappear!! I love keeping up with you all.
btw - I don't think you finished my Mommyisms post.. which I wouldn't care, except you didn't make it to the part where I said it was a leak! I wouldn't want anyone thinking our house was flooding with URINE!!
HUG!
happy blogoversary! i totally know how you feel...as I feel and have felt those same things in relation to the blog. The bottom line tho, is I am doing this for my kids. All you people are just icing on the cake. We are blessed to know you throught his medium, hon.
Happy Blog Birthday!! I'm glad that you're keeping it up; I like peeking into your world.
It's my first time visiting your blog and I'm glad you're still here. I love the pictures you'e posted!
Happy 2 years, Renee!
I have had all the exact same feelings... especially the part about feeling down when I receive few comments.
I, for one, am thrilled you're going to keep it up... I love reading your posts and feel like I know you all so well from them. Someday we have to meet "in real life" :) Afterall, you have been reading my blog longer than anyone else that reads mine and I think you comment the most too... I always look forward to your comments the most! ;)
P.S. Our blogs are only a month apart in age. hee hee!
Happy '2nd' Blogoversary! I for one am very glad you started it.....for whatever reason! I have been entertained by it too, and if you were to take it down, I would always wonder how you and the kids were doing......it's best to keep it up....for my sake!
Hugs!
Woo hoo! Well done. I hear you on the blogging thang, I print my blog entries each month and plan to bind them each year as a chronicle of our lives. I am a scrapper but that is time consuming and expensive. My gals are also keen riders and I loved the pics of your kids....that'll be mine in about 6 years!
woo hoo! happy two years!
Yay! Happy 2nd!! :)
