5 phrases to sum up the long weekend

1.) Mardi Gras mambo (Mahi Gra Bambo, in John-speak)

2. Lots of vomit and poop (virus-city)

3. Catching enough beads and doubloons to choke a chicken

4. Goin' on down to the Audubon Zoo

5. Finally, some springy weather!

I'm so jealous!!! I wish I lived close enough to go - I love Mardi Gras.. and the food. Well. There would be no eating strikes on this end if I had access to the food there.

The pics are all GREAT.

We went to the zoo a little over a month ago. We have an annual membership so we try to go as often as possible.

Is Audubon Zoo wonderful? I love that I can watch my son play on Monkey Hill just like I did at this ago. I LOVE the moss covered oaks as well.

Oh, the shorts, skirts, and sandals in those pictures are killing me!! I can't even get away with wearing shorts in the house right now, it's so cold! :)

It looks like you all had lots of fun!
