Thankful Tuesday

1. First and foremost, this face to the left. And the faces of his cohorts(sisters).
2. Fried chicken.
3. Warm, breezy weather.
4. Flowers in bloom. And no weeds, at least for now. Check back tomorrow.
5. Easter barbecues!
6. Toes in the grass.
7. Summer vacation in a couple of short months.
8. Playing outside 'til 8:30 pm!
9. A Friday holiday this week. Only 2 more work days to go after today!
10. Did I mention fried chicken?

I wonder if that means that the bank is going to be closed on Friday and Saturday. Since we have a credit union our bank always finds a way for holidays to close the bank.

As for Thankfulness, I am thankful for the slow season our my husband and I's company to be over. I won't have to see that for another year. Yippi.

Great list!

You don't have any weeds yet?! Lucky you. I'm on my way out to take care of some of mine.

And...fried chicken. Yum!

Kayaking on a smooth as glass lake, making the aliigators think that you are one weird looking alligator.

Lucky you, I don't get Friday off :(

Otherwise, I think I'm pretty much thankful for all the same things! :)

Cruising in all our assorted vehicles on the limestone road, dodging cow patties, and playing in BP Amoco's future sludge pits. Only on the island!!!!

I will second all of those, except maybe toes in the grass.. I have sensitive feet. :)

What's up with fried chicken - I've been on a mission to go to my favorite fried chicken place for weeks!! Our whole family has been talking about it. YUM!!

I have to agree with all of those. Yum on the fried chicken and I love barefeet and the feeling of my toes in the grass.

Fried chicken, yummm.

I like reading your thankful lists. I should start one so I can remind myself how lucky I really am and how thankful I should be.

Yum Fried Chicken :p My kids love it. Emily always asks for the kind with the handle :p Translation = the drumstick.

I love the chubby cheeks :p I see now why I got pinched so much as a child. Chubby cheeks are irresistable ;)

You forgot -not having to bundle the kids up before they go out to play - a nice long thunderstorm and the smell it leaves behind - being able to take the top off my jeep and go for a nice warm drive (ooopsss that just me) - but the two bad things that came to mind are bugs and having to mow. Yuk

Have a nice holiday weekend.
