That is a very happy and beautiful smiling Emma. I'm glad it wasn't a horrendous ordeal for her.
I have the opposite problem. I'm almost 30 and I still have quite a few baby teeth because there were no permanent teeth to replace them. Ick. And...no, I don't live near any nuclear plants. No, my parents were not first cousins.

She looks so happy! My babyteeth stayed in and my new teeth grew in behind them, yes, behind! It took a lot of patience and braces to fix that :)

LOL I always forget to do the April fools thing :p One year a friend of mine told us this long story about how he'd been involved in a credit card scam that cost him like $10,000 and I felt so bad for him and was telling him how sorry I was and if there was anything I could do to help and then he says... oh and btw... April fools :p LOL I wanted to slap him.

Okay, I tried to pull that same "oh god, I'm pregnant" April Fool's joke on my husband and he was not buying it for a second.

I had two permanent teeth grow in behind my baby teeth. Emma and I are sisters in dental disastery.
