I have one of those kind of kids as well. Last year everything revolved around that body part. My sister took some advanced psych classes and calls this the, "Anal" phase. It has to do with potty training time and us putting all our emphasis and focus on them using the toilet.
Kids are funny and I adore such an innocent stage in life.
